My name is Georgia. I am currently studying my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care at Melbourne Polytechnic 4 days per week. I conclude my studies in August 2017, which allows me to be available full time after that. At the moment I am available every Friday but generally more after school and evenings. At my last 2 placements I have completed in 2016 I have enjoyed every second and have gained the most amazing experiences. I have been known to "show initiative, am respectful, warm, caring and a team player". I enjoy hanging out with my family, love talking and focus on wellbeing and health and am always a positive person in all aspects of life. I am plant based/vegan. I do not eat any animal products, but working in hospitality I don't have any issues with handling/cooking meat or cheeses or any other animal products.

I have found that children in small groups of 3-4, they enjoy listening to stories and just playing games with eachother.
What I love about this work
What I love the most about being around children, is that I learn so much more from them than they would from me! I find that every child I have looked after, they all have their own interests, different preferences because they're all different and I love that! No child should have to be the same or do the same things, I love how children just do as they please and I love guiding them through that process.
