Shift working parents require casual nanny to care for three school aged children (6/10/14) before & after school, some evening/overnight.

We are shift workers who live in Bungendore and have three very self sufficient school-aged children. Our son is 14 and attends highschool, our two daughters are 6 and 10 and attend the local primary school. Our children are well behaved and generally get along well with each other.

The care we require is considered casual as we will only need a nanny when our shifts overlap. All care requirements will be provided a month in advance to you. Depending on my shifts you may be required to attend early and get children ready for school and drop the younger ones off to school, or after school pick up in the afternoon and/or remain late into the evening. On some occasions we may require you to stay overnight if we are both on night shift. We have a spare room and good internet connection!

We have a few people that could help us out but we would prefer to have our own nanny that the children will connect with and will hopefully build a positive ongoing relationship with. In addition to this, having a nanny will allow for the children to remain within the home and hopefully it will be less disruptive to their lives.

This arrangement may suit university student, retired person or someone just wanting a casual arrangement.
