My name's Alana and I love looking after children, having done so for 4+ years and would love to continue doing so during my studies at RMIT. I have been babysitting since the age of 14 (ages 1-12), coaching a netball team full of energetic young girls (ages 7-12) for 3+ years and have two younger siblings of my own that I regularly take care of. I hold a current Cert II in First Aid and have completed CPR in the past, as well as having completed the 'Wardens with Extinguishers Training Course'. Given the chance, I love to take kids out to a park so that they're not all cooped up at home and prefer to take a more hands-on approach when babysitting- not letting a TV do the work.
