Parents love my Mother Goose personality that finds a comfortable space between fretting and giving children space to express themselves. Another particular trait is that I never punish children, but rather adopt a liberal approach of giving explanations for why they should avoid certain behaviour. I prefer to give positive reenforcement for the good that they do rather than negative reinforcement (physical or verbal) for misbehaviour.

They love my engagement with arts and crafts, my relatable explanations to the many many questions they pose to me. They feel able to be open with me whilst respecting my reasonable rules.
