Hey!

My name is Kirstyn and I am 19 years old. I am currently at University and studying full time but have some time on my hands and would love to babysit and work with children where I can.

I have babysat kids from the ages of 10 months up to 15years+ ; both boys and girls. Last year I was chosen to be sport captain for my school, in which I was heavily involved with children of all ages, organising sporting events, coaching and being a mentor for them.

In addition, I play hockey and am heavily involved with the club; I coach and umpire young children (3-13 years old) on a regular basis. I really do enjoy being around children and would not mind taking them to the park, cooking dinner, doing homework, doing a bit of cleaning/ housework or even just watching a movie/ playing games with them. I am the oldest of four children in my family (and the only girl) and so I am surrounded by younger children my whole life and wouldn't have it any other way.

I have my own, reliable car (was purchased new) which is able to cater for multiple baby seats. I have my blue card/ WWC.

WHAT I CHARGE:

BabySitting: $20 to $25 per hour

What parents love about me: The number one aspect is probably my passion for children and the connection I try and make with the child.

What kids love about me: I am down for anything! I have done countless dance parties on a trampoline, baking competitions, making bath bombs & slime, playing sports and doing fun outdoor activities.

What I love about this work: I really enjoy being able to make an impact, even if miniscle, in children's lives! I also love seeing their liveliness and how such simple things can make them so happy. Each child is different and so being able to adapt and learn new things constantly is exciting!
