Was on time and very well presented. Very friendly with our daughter and was very reassuring and knowledgeable (just as Charlie had a tantrum before we left). Sarah knew exactly how to deal with her, settled her well and then text us reassurance. Very happy parents. I would 10/10 recommend Sarah as a babysitter.
