I feel that Parents would appreciate that I endeavour to be on time. I also feel that I am a responsible person who is passionate about caring for children. I can be approachable, warm and energetic when caring for children, I am able to care for bumps and bruises in a practical manner. I feel that I am a reasonable person when dealing with conflict. I held the position of Cadet Corporal in the Australian Air Force Cadets. This position required me to guide, mentor, teach and organise, groups of cadets as well as working in conjunction with a diverse leadership team. I am able to take directions and am fully prepared to take work related criticism.

I would like to think that children enjoy my fun sense of character and bubbly personality, I am able to go on outings i.e parks and playgrounds. I would like to think that I can be spontaneous. I can do things like teach music, story tell and games.

Working with children gives me a rewarding satisfaction of being able to care for and help someone out. I find that it is a great way to gain a break from studying all the time and still get to learn from a wealth of knowledge that parents and children can provide.
