I love being involved and being a part of a child's life, and I've been especially privileged to have worked with children from the time they were 3 months old, until they're toddlers, now walking, talking and interacting with the world around them.

For most of my "career' with children, I've been a private nanny solely for one family, and I quite enjoyed this. It enabled a authentic bond with the children and the family. I would absolutely love to share this with another family soon too.
Alongside my experience and care, I also bring a second language which I love to share with little ones, they pick it up so quickly! I've studied the Japanese language and culture for over 5 years, and have been recognised a number of times for my skill and commitment to the language.
Hopefully we're a good fit; I do really believe children are great indicators of this, they know who they do and don't want to be around, and hopefully I'm right for you and your family!

What parents love about me
Respectful of the children, the parent's style of parenting, and the family home.
Always on time, warm and loving nature, very clean and like to tidy up after preparing food and playing. Eagerness to teach the children all kinds from language to manners, to values, and skills.
What kids love about me
Kids love that I don't take myself too seriously with them. Love letting them do "grown up things" like baking, cooking, painting their nails, and helping tidy up. Kids especially love that I don't mind playing a bit rough; being something to climb on, and roll around on the floor with.
What I love about this work
It's more rewarding than any other job. I get to bond with these little ones in a way you just can't with "colleagues". I also feel more recognised and appreciated than I am in a "normal work" environment. When you do something for the love of it, it's hardly a chore, disappointment or stress.
