I hold a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a Masters in Hotel, Tourism and Event Management. I worked extremely hard to gain my degrees and they have provided me a platform for amazing experiences where I have gained significant career development and have had the absolute pleasure of working with inspiring people. Across this amazing journey I have been exposed to unbelievable cultures and have worked across large scale projects with enormous responsibility and highly restrictive timelines.
Whilst this incredible journey has greatly developed my career; my passion for providing a stable, loving environment for children has always been at the forefront of my mind. I want to use my experiences to inspire children to develop their own sense of adventure and curiosity for the world. Thus, I am taking the opportunity to become part of a family where I can educate, nurture and guide children as I provide nanny and personal assistance work. Due to the recent Covid-19 pandemic, the event industry has suffered immensely. Thus, I see this as the perfect opportunity to transition across to a new career.
Whilst I do not hold any childcare qualifications, I am extremely responsible, motivated, a great multi-tasker. I have always thrived on creating a homely environment. I love to keep active and frequently explore my surroundings by taking long walks. I am a huge lover of sunrise and sunsets and am on a constant quest to find great coffee and amazing wine. I love cooking, eating and exploring all aspects of food. I believe that the kitchen is one of the most important rooms in a house and is where memories can be shared through food that nurtures those who have worked long days and children who have spent the day exploring. I adore the holiday season and believe that magic really is all around, particularly at Christmas. I am constantly looking for new adventures and love to keep children active and engaged through exploring all that life offers.
I am an Australian citizen and am currently based in Toowong, Brisbane.
I warmly welcome the chance to discuss my background and potential employment with you.
