Renee is helpful but possibly better suited to older kids, she seemed a bit inexperienced ... moreOn time, helpful and polite. She also came on short notice when our other nanny was sick which was awesome. Renee is helpful but possibly better suited to older kids, she seemed a bit inexperienced with our 4 month old twins when performing basic duties. I'm sure this will improve as she gains practical experience.
