I have worked with children from the ages of a 1 months old - up until 15 years of age. I've helped children learn through educational games and assistance with homework, while also creating a calm, positive home atmosphere for when they're not focused on school-related activities.
During my years working, I've received nothing but positive feedback from both parents and children. I truly have been blessed to enjoy a job where I can interact with kids on a daily basis.
I'm also a big reader of children's literature, I enjoy planning activities, and games for the kids I babysit.
My brother has two sets of twins with his wife. 5 year old girls - Savannah & Annabelle and 3 year olds - (boy) Tyler & Indie(girl.) I have had the opportunity to help my brother raise these kids while living with them! I have recently moved out of home into my own place but I still see them very frequently! I adore them and all children, honestly!

What I love about this work
Being a nanny isn't an 'easy' job. It requires a lot of patience and interest to take on the role of caring for another person's child. I love being a nanny because every day is different. Learning and exploring the world through the eyes of a child are truly the best, and no two days of growing are the same.
The ability to be a vital part of a child's development is my absolute favourite aspect of being a nanny. Nothing brings me greater joy than seeing a child develop, learn, explore, and progress while in my care. Because I am with the child for a major portion of the day, I am aware that I have a significant influence on them and can influence their daily life. It is a great responsibility, but it is one that I'm willing to take on.
I wholeheartedly have a passion for creating a warm, loving, safe, nurturing environment for any child put in my care. The opportunity to be imaginative and creative with children excites me. Nannying is not just a job to me - the positive responses and appreciation you receive from a child, the memories created, the variety offered by the job truly makes me appreciate doing something I love while making an income.
