I'm on time and like to build a great rapport with the kids and the parents and I respect the children. When the kids are having their own play time I like to help around the house, whether it's laundry, dishes or just some general tidying that I've been asked to help with.

I'm fun and energetic. I can easily match their energy level. I let them decide what our plan for the day is and make it seem like we are bending the rules (I always get parents permission first). I also treat them like an equal to me and show them respect.

I've always loved looking after kids. They bring me great joy to be around and I love seeing how their minds work to process things and how wild their imaginations can be.
