Hi my name is Pasang and I have been working as a child care educator for 9 years. I have a good experience with children aged 0- 12 years.

I am from Bhutan and living in Canberra for 10 years. I have a diploma in early childhood education and care from CIT Woden.
As a lead educator in my role I have been observing and documenting children's interest of learning and support them emotionally, physically and intellectually.
I have been also working as Learning Support Assistant in Schools from kindergarten to year six for a year now and has build trusted relations with the school aged children.

I have a good knowledge of National Quality Framework and aware of the guidelines. As an educator I have always believed in "Jean Piaget" because he believes children learn through play.

I also believe in Reggio Emilia's approach as it invites children with persuasive activities and resource children's learning.

Since I have an ample of experience in children services I can provide quality of care towards the children.
