My shifts are 4 on 4 off two days 7am-7pm and two days 7pm-7am you will not be required overnight but you will be required the two mornings after night shift to take the girls to school and possibly for a few hours in the evening before my husband gets home from work. You will need to be like flexible as my husband also works shift work.
