Seeking a Long-term Nanny | One child, 1.5 years old |Regular hours and salary

We are hoping to find someone who can become part of our family. Ideally, this will become a long-term relationship, with regular hours and salary that we can negotiate based on schedules and changing needs over time.
Other things to know: - We have a very sweet 3 year old dog, a Springer Spaniel. We are biased, but it is possible is he in fact the World's Greatest Dog. He is a people-person and will like it very much if you can include him in games and walks.
- Our plan is to establish a regular routine with a nanny, but flexibility will be highly valued (for example if we need to travel for work and need overnight help - this would be arranged well in advance).
- Usual hours would be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - 7:00am until 5:30 or 6pm. Fridays from 8:30am until 1pm.
- We aren't picky about formal qualifications, but experience with kids (your own or others) is required. We will also ask for personal/character references and background checks.
- Access to our car can be provided during the day but it would be best if you have your own car. Our home is not easy walking distance to anything but forests and trails (there's a bus stop ~700m up the road). Please have a drivers' license and a clean driving record.
