Looking for a flexible babysitter for before and after school hours in Mona Vale

We are looking for a flexible babysitter to help us before and after school with our three kids. Our oldest daughter is 10 (almost 11) and in Year 5 at school. Our son is 8 (almost 9) and in Year 3, and our youngest daughter is 5.5 and started big school this year. They are well-behaved (mostly ;), thoughtful and funny.

We are looking for a flexible babysitter to help us before and after school with our three kids. Our oldest daughter is 10 (almost 11) and in Year 5 at school. Our son is 8 (almost 9) and in Year 3, and our youngest daughter is 5.5 and started big school this year. They are well-behaved (mostly ;), thoughtful and funny.
My husband and I are both shiftworkers and our rosters change each week, so we're hoping to find someone who can help us out casually when needed. Some weeks it might only be for a few hours, other weeks for 10-12 hours. In the mornings it would be 6am - 8:30, afternoons either from 2:45 - 4:30pm or 2:45 - 10:30pm.
In the mornings you would need to wake the kids about 7am, supervise them getting ready for school, and drop them to school around 8:30-8:40am. The older two are fairly independent, so it's mostly helping our youngest daughter, and checking the older two kids get everything done.
Afternoons would involve picking them up from school (or meeting them at the bus stop which is just around the corner from our house), supervising the after school routine (unpacking lunchboxes, afternoon tea etc), then playing with them and helping with/supervising homework until I get home around 4:30.
When I'm working til 10pm, it would be the same afternoon routine, plus supervising dinner, showers and bedtime. I leave dinner in the fridge so you just need to warm it up.
If you are fun, sensible and reliable, and genuinely love kids, we'd love to hear from you.
We understand most babysitters have other commitments such as other jobs or study, so we don't expect you to be free every morning and afternoon. But if you have reasonable availability (2-3 mornings/afternoons per week) and can be flexible, then you might be a good fit for our family.
