Working with children checks, Australian driver's Licence are mandatory and first aid training is a plus. We live in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in the beautiful leafy suburb of Ryde, NSW. Our backyard overlooks a serene nature reserve. There are lots of parks, bush walks and shops in the neighbourhood. Our au pair/nanny/mother's helper will have her own private room with sizeable queen bed and a bathroom (which she will occasionally have to share for kids' bath time). All other rooms are upstairs. There is a spare car which the carer can use to run errands for the family and upon arrangement can be used for personal use.
The job will be 35-38 hours a week with weekends off, and extra pay for possible casual babysitting on occasions. It is a 6 month job, with possible extension. Starting date is early March 2019. Pay offer is $300-350/week depending on negotiated hours and level of experience, additional baby sitting at $20/hour. We prefer to meet our potential candidate in Jan/Feb 2019.
