Full time mum needing assistance on a Thursday afternoon

I'm a full time mum to two wonderful children. My daughter is 6 weeks and my son is 20 months. I'm looking for a nanny to come and give me a hand on a regular Thursday afternoon/evening. I'm looking for a very understanding and nurturing nanny as my son is very shy and takes a long time to warm to people, so patience is a must.
