5 hours of care needed every second Monday for 4 sessions (20 hours total).
I require a nanny every second Monday for 4 visits. It will be for 5hours during the day. The total hours will be 20hours over the 4 visits over an 8week period. I have a 10month old baby girl that has a chronic lung condition called bronchomalacia and tracheomalacia causing chronic pneumonia meaning she cannot attend daycare due to risk of further infection to her. There's is no risk of infection to the Carer.
You must have the following:

You will need to provide me with a receipt or invoice for services provided.
