I am a mother of three children aged 4, 2 and 6 months. I also help run my husband's building business. I have been coping ok until recently, but I'm struggling at the moment and am after some additional help with the kids on a Tuesdays OR Thursdays for the next few months (unsure of end date at this point). I will mostly need you as a mother's helper as I work from home whenever I can fit it in, however I will have the occasional appointment outside of the home to go to, so have put down nanny services. I will probably use this time to have some one on one with one of my older kids and get some work done in the office and around the home. I try my best to follow attachment parenting and do not do cry it out or responsive settling. Books I try and follow include the No Drama Discipline by Daniel Siegel (first connect, then redirect). But I'm quite sleep deprived at present and I'm finding it harder to keep my cool, hence needing some help! Our 4yo daughter is sensitive, bubbly and loves to read and learn all things. Our 2yo boy is energetic and loving. Our 6mo is very happy and smiley, we are still discovering his personality as he grows. I am a former primary school teacher, and prior to that an accountant.
