I run a Family Day Care and have 4 children I care for. For me to return to work after my bub is due in January 2020 I need some help supervising my children. This past year my partner has worked from home caring for our 2 but come 2020 will be working out of the house.

I will be working along side you, my children will be with the larger group majority of the day. There both excellent children and love having their friends over to play. I may need a few little general house tasks done like packing dish washer or starting the washing machine. But nothing drastic. I cook and clean throughout the day, you will just be an extra eyes and ears for supervision.
I think someone studying early learning would truly benefit as i can sign off and provide work placement too :)
I am looking at starting my eldest in a montessori program 2 mornings per week so potential drop off and pick up for him may be on the cards. But it's just around the corner so not too far to drive.
Reliability is a big one. If you can't come I can't work so it's very important if holidays are needed I'm given plenty of notice so I can arrange a temp. I know sometimes illness happen but i just need the understanding that for me to run my business I need someone who's very dedicated to helping out.
