Babysitter/nanny needed for large family on a permanent basis for midwife on shift work. No overnights but mornings/afternoons/early evening

I'm a midwife working shift work in birthing suite. Need help at various times with getting children to school/daycare (terrigal) and/or home after!
My children are beautiful and well behaved. Also very independent. I do have an almost 1 year old that needs more than the others!
I need someone with a car (I have car seats) and preferably a larger car too.
My roster is on a rotating basis but I will be able to organise permanent times with added days in if availability allows.
