Nanny / Parents Help required for 1 year old girl 1.5-2 days per week in Freshwater. Days flexible. Prefer experience with babies.

We are a loving family in Freshwater with a very sweet little one year old girl. We don't have family support in Sydney and now need to increase work hours, so we require some help!
One or both of us will be working from home, so we are a bit flexible on the days of the week but prefer Monday & Thursday. We are thinking 2 days per week of about 5-6 daytime hours each day (on an ongoing basis). Pay negotiable based on experience etc.

We would prefer someone with baby experience and who can help us a little with housework if she is sleeping (she is a good sleeper!). We have a car so no requirement for that. We would love someone who can stimulate her with new games / experiences, as she gets enough of us and our ideas at the moment!
She is a very easy baby but is ready to break out of this bubble and explore the world.
We are looking for someone with experience, love, imagination, energy, devotion and a kind heart. A lover of nature and animals. We want someone who we can trust implicitly and really wants to become part of our girl's life.
Definitely the potential for some ad hoc babysitting if desired too, as we don't have one at the moment. Would like an asap start.
