Hi all, we are a family of 5 (myself and my husband, our two daughters (5 and 3) and our dog) and we are looking for someone joining us, preferably long term. We are in need of a regular babysitter so my husband and I can have some down time (he works away) and we are also needing someone to support us several weeks a year (so far 12 next year) when I am on clinical placements through my university degree. This means we will need a reliable and responsible person to do meal preparation, ... moreHi all, we are a family of 5 (myself and my husband, our two daughters (5 and 3) and our dog) and we are looking for someone joining us, preferably long term. We are in need of a regular babysitter so my husband and I can have some down time (he works away) and we are also needing someone to support us several weeks a year (so far 12 next year) when I am on clinical placements through my university degree. This means we will need a reliable and responsible person to do meal preparation, school and day care drop-off's and pick-up's and be with the kids before and after school/day care until I am home. Our eldest will be in full time school next year, our younger daughter is in day care 5 days a fortnight (every alternate Wednesday) so you will still have plenty of free time in between :-) We do not expect anyone to clean the house or do gardening (unless that is something you absolutely love to do then we won't stop you ;-) ) but would like for the usual chores around the house that occur with children to be done such as cleaning up the kitchen after meals, put away toys etc. We are an easy going and friendly family that have had au pair's in the past when we lived remote in the Pilbara and would like to have an extra 'friend' for our girls again that can help lift the load.
