You would be welcome to take additional casual jobs in school hours/evenings as long as we can plan cooperatively. There is also the opportunity to interact with horses if that interests you.
We need someone who can drive because local public transport is very limited. We have a car we can share and make available when we are not using it. We primarily work from home but can get very busy sometimes so we need someone to help keep the kids entertained, assist with homework/learning activities etc. Help with kids meal prep and keeping the place tidy would be very appreciated.
Our 4yo girl is very energetic and social and loves to go out. She also loves dancing, music, animals and being outdoors. She's a good little helper who pitches in to cook, clean and help with whatever needs doing.
Our nearly 7yo son also likes the outdoors and playgrounds, but also loves computer games and indoor time. He often needs space from his sister, so there is a bit of juggling between getting them to interact and giving space. He can also be a bit noise/new experience sensitive so, even though he loves adventure, sometimes he needs a bit of help and support to participate or the ability to get space and quiet time if needed.
My husband is originally from Germany and can still speak German with his family but the kids haven't really picked it up because we only speak English at home (I have tried, but my German isn't very good). We would particularly love someone to help us expose them to some more German language so they can learn a bit. Otherwise an interest in general language exposure is also nice.
