I am looking for someone to help with the following tasks:
On Monday to Thursday of the week they are with me (i.e., each alternate week):
Collect my three children from their schools at Indooroopilly:

On Monday to Thursday of the week they are with me (i.e., each alternate week):
Collect my three children from their schools at Indooroopilly:
- at approximately 3.20pm from the collection zone for my two youngest children; - then at approximately 3.30pm for my eldest child from the collection zone; - (collection at those times will avoid the stampede of other parents collecting earlier at 3.00pm) - you will then drive them to my unit in the city (That drive could take up to 30 minutes one way which will get you to the unit at about 4.00pm). I will be able to show the selected person the best route to take prior to them commencing.
- Facilitate and assist with their homework (Between 4.00pm and 5.30pm afternoon tea and homework);
- On some occasions they might need to be taken to extra- curricular activities but this is unknown at the moment save for Thursday which I can discuss with those who apply for this role.
- 5.30pm facilitate their showers.
- Cook and feed them dinner Monday to Wednesday (Dinner prep can start at 5.30pm when showers occur and they can be fed at 6.00pm. You will be able to eat dinner with them. I will buy enough food for you to eat as well as you cooking a portion for me to eat when I return home (Thursdays, I will take them out to dinner). I will take them to dinner on Thursdays.
- Ensure children clean up after themselves and this includes making sure the children stack their dishes in the dishwasher.
They will be told by me that they will not get any access to electronic devices, which they love as most children do these days, whilst in your care and that I will give them some iPad time when I return if they have behaved. This is leverage that will assist in ensuring they behave (but as kids, you will find they can be a pain in the butt and fight on occasions but this helps to control their behaviour).
I am not seeking a cleaner to clean the house but I need someone who will help the children clean the kitchen including pots and pans, make sure they keep their bathrooms clean after showers i.e. put towels on racks, make sure they have their clothes ready for the next day and any dirty clothes are put in the laundry and have them take out their lunch boxes and have them cleaned. I will make their lunches later that night.
If they complete dinner before 7.00pm they can complete further homework, play some games with you or read.
I will return home at 7.00pm on Mondays to Wednesdays and will take over the bedtime routine.
On Thursday I will collect the children at 6.00pm and take them to dinner.
*I am open to meeting with candidates that cannot do collection because I may be able to arrange that through another third party organiser.
