For the past year and a half, I've had the privilege of leading a team in an Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) setting, overseeing programs and activities that enrich children's lives beyond the school day. Previously, as a lead educator in a long daycare environment, I spearheaded the development and implementation of educational programs tailored to each child's unique needs and interests. My dedication to providing intentional and meaningful teachings has been the cornerstone of my approach, ensuring that every child under my care receives the support and encouragement they need to thrive. In my spare time I like to enjoy little adventures with my family of three, my partner and my step daughter.
