Hi, I'm Chloe! I have over 6 years experience in the Early Childhood sector with children ages 12 weeks to 12 years. I have a passion for ensuring children are receiving the utmost professional care through day-to-day experiences. I provide a warm and nurturing environment where children are welcomed to explore through fun learning environments that help develop their individual needs and reach milestones. I have experience in goal setting for children, providing a child safe environment that meets regulations and standards, bottle and meal preparation, safe nappy changing procedures and changing, safe sleeping procedures including the training and knowledge of SIDS, cleanliness though out day to day activities and routines. I would feel most comfortable working in a 1:4 ratio as per the Victorian guidelines. I have had experience working one on one with up to 4 children at a time under 3 years of age. I hold knowledge and certification in my First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis, Food Safety, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, Certificate III and Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. I also have experience working with children that may have behaviors of concern, Autism, ADHD and speech delays.
