Hi all! My name is Sophie and I am 23 years old, on a working holiday visa from the United States. I have just relocated to Coogee and will be staying for at least 6 months. I am primarily looking for a position in childcare but am open to assisting with other house duties and/or pet sitting. I am comfortable working with children as well as adults with disabilities, and have a wide range of experience with different age groups. I recently graduated with my Bachelor's in Neuroscience & Biology, and am planning to head to medical school following my time in Australia. In addition to babysitting experience, I volunteered as an emergency medical technician for 4 years on my university campus and worked in an ICU setting for 3 years in Boston, so I have a great background in first aid. I am a very active person and would love to take the kids outdoors and keep them busy, and as a summer camp counselor of 4 years I would like to say I have some fun activities in the book! I was also valedictorian of my university and am happy to offer tutoring services as well. I am very flexible with time!
