Must be reliable, honest, great communication and transparent. It’s really important that you have an open mind and your not set in your ways. Looking for someone who is adaptable and willing to blend into our family dynamic offering my daughter the care which aligns with us. I work from home full-time so it’s important to me that your a positive, chatty and fun loving person as we will be around each other each day. Set hours are currently TBD however, it will be a minimum of 25 hours per week.
