Live-In Nanny / Au Pair (Female Only) – Flexible Hours, Affordable Rent, Warm Family Home I’m looking for a kind, friendly, and reliable female live-in nanny to join our little family as a boarder. This means you’ll have your own private space and share the home with us, but it’s not a tenancy or sub-let arrangement. I have two young children who attend kindy five days a week, so your support would mostly be needed in the mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends — just a few hours a day. This role would suit someone who enjoys being part of a family environment. I don’t have strict duties in mind — we can share the cooking and housework, and simply work together to make daily life run smoothly. Most importantly, I’d love someone who can bring a warm, positive presence into the home, and who the children can enjoy spending time with. What I can offer: • Your own comfortable bedroom with a private bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). • A car space. • Access to the complex’s pool, shared lounge, and kitchen. • Board: $150/week (including utilities) in exchange for a few hours of support. • Plenty of free time during the day to pursue your own job, study, or hobbies. What I’m looking for: • Female applicants only. • Someone with childcare experience (preferred). • Kind, patient, and approachable — someone who enjoys spending time with children. • Willing to lend a hand with light household tasks and cooking, on a shared basis. • Friendly and open, as I value companionship as well as support.
