Parents love the fact I am not your tipical baby sitter, I go hang out with children make them feel as though they are apart of the family not just a way to make money. My kids also have made some great friendships and learnt a lot from other children as well over my 16+ years looking after children. The reliability I don’t like cancelling so if I have to cancel it’s because I’m legitimately sick.

That I hang out with them, give them cuddles, cook light meals, spend quality time with them take them to parks etc.

New friends for my kids, new adults to communicate with and the fact that I’m able to spend time with my children whilst spending time with other children not having to work as much But most importantly the families I work with long term watching them grow from little kids into adults. So many I’ve seen grow into adults now.
