I am very tidy, organized, and reliable. I ended up working as a personal assistant for a mother I babysat for because she recognized these skills.

Kids love my ability to connect with them. I love to learn about them as an individual and see what they like doing for activities, what their favourite food is, how their day was, etc. I think they also enjoy rewards I offer for behaving well such as a special treat.

It’s very nice to show up to work and have the kids be so excited to see you and sad to see you leave. It is a very rewarding job.
