I have decided to be an au pair in the UK, because I would like to improve and practice my knowledge of English. I get on well with children. I can be involved in looking after your children and provide light housekeeping for your family in exchange for room, board and the chance to have a new cultural experience. That would be really wonderful if you could accept me as your family member. I would be happy if you could give me some more details about you. I am looking forward to hearing from you.

First let me introduce myself. My name is Martina and I am 19 years old. I come from Poland. I live in Gdynia, in the north of Poland, near the Baltic sea. I study tourism and recreation in the Academy of Physical Education and Sport in Gdańsk. I am an active person. I like to dance with my crew “Challenge Dance”.

I regularly help my mother with housework. I am a hard-working and reliable person.
I speak English quite well and also started to learn Spanish and Italian, becuase I am very interested in these countries. I would love to have an opportunity to be an au pair in the UK, Italy, Spain, Portugal or Irleand.
About my experience: In summer 2014 I went to Spain for 4 months as an au pair and I really loved it! I had two host families:
The first from Tarragona, I took care of two boys there (6 and 7 years) I was helping them in their homeworks and I was teaching them English everyday. The second host family was from Madrid. I spent one month with them in Cadiz as they had vacations and later we went to Madrid. I took care of 3 children: Gonzalo 3 years old, Carmen 5 years old and Ignacio 7 years old. I enjoyed so much when I was with them! I was also teaching them English. I still keep in touch with both host families. They become a part of my real family!
I love Spanish people, the country and the weather there that is why I would love to go there again the next summer!
I am availabe from the end of June/begining of July till the end of September.
