My employers always complement me with always arriving 10 minutes or so before starting time, and 10-15 minutes after i sign off. A previous host family also loved that i have a hospitality background.

The children loved me because i loved taking them to parks to kick around the football, spending the day at St Kilda and having pick nicks there, paper mache, finger painting, baking all sorts of things with the kids.

Working with kids is the best job in the world. being a part of any kids life is a honor. They are so genuine and innocent, they say exactly whats on their mind. Plus i think its a bonus that my days get to involve beautiful days at parks, fun activities, watching them learn new things and just watching them grow.
