Babysitter for 6 year boy for late evening

I am a nurse and so is my wife. I work rotating roster and my wife does fixed night shift. So we need someone to take care of my 6 year old son from 0830 pm to 1100 pm during Tuesday to Friday. I can inform the carer a month advance the day we required their help..
