Hi looking for someone who is caring reliable and observant

My Shifts are of a night time so the shift that you be required to fill would be an overnight stay! I start at 7:30 which means I need to leave at 6:30 from my place. I have two young boys one who is two and the other heaps for both of which are loving adorable kids who are very cheeky. My shift starts at 7:30 and finish from Sundays to Wednesdays at 3 AM which means I make it home by 345 from Thursday through to Sunday please I don't finish until 530 in the morning which means I get home roughly just after 6 AM. I have 3 shifts a week Thursday's Friday's & Saturday nights. Soon to be swapping Thursdays for Sunday nights tho. As my sons are asleep majority of the shift I'm only willing to pay $100per shift!
