Looking for someone very reliable, understanding, patient, trustworthy

We are looking for a long term sitter to do in house sitting for our 7 month old during the days that I work and to pick up our other 4 children from school if I am working late. Duties would include feeding bubs, changing, engaging with her. Our older children would need to be collected from school on days in which I work late and some help with homework and afternoon tea until my parter finishes work at 4:30.

We don't need someone everyday as i get my work roster a few weeks in advance. Currently I am working 9 hours a week but it can change on the day if I am called in. Someone available on short notice for those days would be excellent. Our children have only ever been left with family.

We are looking for someone to blend in well with our family and easy to get along with. Someone with experience is essential. Our boys can be difficult at times so someone with resilience and able to see through boys behaviour would be appreciated.

Someone will also be needed over the school holidays to watch either all 5 children or atleast 4 at the minimum, some holidays we have 6 if our other child comes to stay with us.
