Im engaging and present with each child, always putting their needs first. I ensure that there is open communication throughout the day, offering updates of what their child has eaten, the times they have slept and sending photos of the activities we have played. I offer a safe and interactive environment for the child so they feel comfortable building rapport and in turn, trusting me. I am reliable, always be there at the time agreed.

I am playful and fun. I am constantly interacting and offering new ideas to help stimulate play and learning. I go on outings to the park, indoor play centres, bike rides as well as indoor play activities relevant to their age. I can be both energetic and enthusiastic, and also calming and grounded, depending on the child and how they feel most comfortable

building relationships with children, seeing them grow, contributing to their learning, seeing their excitement when I arrive to play, offering parents some time to themselves, helping families in situations where they can rely on someone who everyone trusts
