I have experience babysitting children from newborn to 13. I am also a casual primary school teacher, have experience in tutoring for years K-6 and experience in out of school hours care. I have a working with children check and am trained in first aid including infant first aid. I am currently in the process of completing my Master of Inclusive Education. I am a mother myself so I understand the importance of finding the right person and am happy to meet with you prior to a job.

What parents love about me
I am a responsible, hard-working sitter and always on time. I am also trustworthy and accepting of any diverse/additional needs. Parents have mentioned they really appreciate that I am happy to meet with them and their child/children prior to a job.
What kids love about me
Children love my humour and silliness in games and love my storytelling. Some kids also really like listening to me play the ukulele and giving it a go themself.
What I love about this work
As a teacher, I love getting to know kids and learning from them. It is amazing how much just one child can teach you about Pokemon or robotics. It's also very satisfying to know that I am helping to support a family even if it's just one night.
