I am comfortable and experienced with having sole charge of newborns, toddlers, and groups of up to eight children - during meal prep and bedtime.

Currently I really enjoy taking the kids I look after on outings like going on the bus or train, or to the library for story time. We have also been doing a lot of cooking, painting, play-dough, and reading stories - it's great to help my little friends with activities that I enjoy as much as they do!

I have excellent references from families and employers. I have studied Cert III in Children's Services (Childcare) from SBIT, a current Blue Card, and I just renewed my Children's First Aid Certification and CPR Certification. I'm happy to become a Registered carer and I'm currently looking into whether I can become an Approved In-Home Carer to make families who I work for elegible for the Child Care Rebate.
Once I start working for a family I am happy to be very flexible with my working hours, and to take on overnight or full weekend stays (my references cover this). I am also willing to take on "Mother's Help" duties related to the childcare, and love meal preparation and cooking with or for the children. Although your children are my priority, you're welcome to leave me some household tasks to complete if I have the opportunity. I'm an affectionate person and very happy to wear your baby in a sling if you would prefer this (especially if you'd like me to do housework.)

It's very important to me to bond with the children and integrate well into the routine of the families that I work for, and that the children I look after feel safe, secure and supported in their daily adventures.
