Fun and creative 22 year old early childhood educator

Hi I'm Mikaelah, I have worked in childcare for the past 2 and a years as a room assistant with 2-3 year olds with some added experience in the 3-5 year old rooms and the 6 weeks-1 year old rooms. I believe in a gentle educating approach working together with the children to navigate their world and thrive. I Love setting up interesting experiences and watching the children's mind's at work as they explore.
