That I'm reliable, punctual and very clear in my communication. They also love that I can be trusted to keep their kids happy whilst I mind them and that everything they need done gets done.

It's a break break and change of pace from my studies and other part time work. I also find it very fun and rewarding to help local families. I like that I can specifically look for roles with flexibility or schedules that suit my current uni/ work schedule too.
