French female looking for casual or regular babysitting / nannying

My name is Samantha, I am a 26 year old French female (from Reunion Island) no children of my own. I live with my partner and his son in Portside. Currently nannying (1month old baby boy and 1.5y old twins) in Brisbane.
I have over 15 years of experience in the childcare industry 6 year nannying and tutoring French in Australia.

My friend French aupair lives in Holland Park West and is looking after a beautiful 5y old girl who's fluent in french and English. We do play dates very often to help my other children to learn French and be able to speak French to another child.
We usually go on adventures together and learn/improve their language skills whilst having fun, in the city by bus (museum, beach, or by car to library, parks, zoo etc..) or at home their place to play in the yard where there's chickens, mini shell pool outdoor mini house for the kids to play pretend or inside for science experiments � , cooking, painting, singing and more.
If no play date same would happen in your own house, I'd try to make it as fun and interesting as possible.
My goals for long term families are:
Having the kids able to do things alone (potty training, eating unassisted, putting shoes on, climbing, jumping running, writing, reading (French)) etc..
Having their self confidence and self esteem as high as possible, which means I watch my words when talking to them and analyse what need isn't met when they are having a hard time. I try to communicate with them with appropriate words for their age and help them deal with their little emotions and challenging moments in the kindest way possible.
I have values and respect and try to pass it on to the children, parents are more than welcome to let me know how they want their children to be raised and I will then go with what they wish. (Screen time, sweets etc.. will always be discussed prior with parents.
(Medication too, I have a nanny insurance and cannot give children medication without prior written notice from GP or parents).
I teach children to read in French. I also teach the anatomy (brain, organs, blood composition etc..) and I try to cook simple recipes with the children when possible too. Usually there's always art & crafts, fine and gross motor skills activities involved with some music.
