What kids love about me
Every child is different, and understanding that is key when trying to communicate. Some respond to an empathetic approach; others enjoy humor; some look for discipline. It's all about taking the time to understand how they work, and adapting your methods to suit. I think children enjoy me as their nanny because I plan activities that are both fun and educational.
I like to create a plan that keeps the children engaged while also allowing them to develop childhood skills.
