I am extremely punctual and have great communication with parents, they are always kept in the loop of my schedule and what their kids day was like after being babysat. I am able to build relationships with the children I babysit and a sense of trust with both kids and parents. I am respectful of house-rules and will always ask questions when I'm not sure, will always ask for the parents for approval on any aspect of the job.

I am always spending time with the kids besides when I need to clean or perform duties asked by the parents. This time is spent either inside or outside and the children have a say in what they'd like to do (if reasonable).

I have always been able to build strong connections and be an educational role model to children, working in this field is something I am passionate about especially when families need the extra hand.
