Kids really love my humour and that I'm very welcoming and will if asked join in with their games and activities. Which really creates an older-sister dynamic and makes the children calmer when parents are away from home.

I really enjoy helping and providing less stress for the parents and spending time and learning from kids. Their perspective of the world is often enjoyable and a nice break.
