Hi, my name's Emily! I worked as an early childhood educator for 2.5 years plus have undertaken over a year of placement in early childhood. I am currently undertaking online study in order to finish my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care before returning to my role as an educator. I am exceedingly passionate and loving of children and find myself enthusiastically pointed towards the direction of working with children no matter where life leads.
I'm incredibly enthusiastic, energetic, patient, kind, and responsible with excellent guardianship, communication and interpersonal skills. I am able to be a mentor and leader to children in my care, whilst being able to connect with them during all the fun times and creative experiences. I have changed hundreds of nappies, dried many tears and engaged in countless activities with children from a multitude of different backgrounds and dispositions. I have been highly praised by colleagues and supervisors and have formed secure and positive relationships with dozens of children in my care.
I have my working with children's check, my 3 yearly first aid certification and whilst my yearly CPR certification is currently out of date, this is a course I have completed multiple times and will refresh in the near future.
I would love to work with a family and help share the responsibility of caring for and raising some beautiful children as they grow into wonderful human beings.

I have always loved engaging with and looking after children. Each child is unique and more capable than we often think. There is something magical about supporting small humans as they learn about themselves and the world they live in!
