I'm a 40 year old energetic, fun yet firm mum of two boys aged 14 and 9. Having left a long career of hospitality management and recently aged care ( which I adore) I really miss the full time company of children and the challenges they bring. Kids love my silly and positive personality but I am also firm when it comes to healthy eating and exercise- my sons are great examples of this discipline both being in representive soccer, AFL and Nipper teams.
