I am seeking families to work with on both a consistent and casual basis. I am currently in my 4th year working as a Registered Midwife, however will now be taking time for myself to complete additional study and shift from hospital work to private home births. I will not be working as a Midwife in 2024, so can offer long term work.

I am open to working with any ages of children. I am comfortable with either sex and even disabilities. I can adapt to whatever each child needs. My strength is 0-1 years of age due to my work experience and will be able to offer you support with newborns if required. I can also offer breastfeeding support. I am caring and nurturing by nature as I have always played the mother/older sister role. My parents had my siblings once we moved to Australia when I was very young, so I have always had a large load, caring for my siblings independently. I am comfortable cooking, cleaning and helping with study.
I drive a troopcarrier with no back seats so will not be able to transport your child with my own vehicle, however may be open to using a family car. I am able to sleep in my troopcarrier, so if anyone requires on call support, I will be able to do this as I can sleep in the area/outside your home.
Happy to negotiate prices depending on the situation and work required. This also applies to hours of work required, I am flexible and can make it work. My unavailable times displayed above show my ideal working hours, however I am open to changing this for the right opportunity.

What parents love about me
I am eager, motivated, adaptable and hardworking. I am multifaceted, thus able to help with cooking, cleaning, studying and any other duty required. I am kind and caring in nature, creating a safe space for all. Additionally, I am able to remain very calm and resolve any issue appropriately.
What kids love about me
I am full of life, playful and funny. I am very easy to get along with, altering my approach and mirroring what the child needs in their environment to grow and thrive. I enjoy the outdoors, movement and creative play.
What I love about this work
This allows me to keep connecting with families despite taking a break from Midwifery. I find joy out of making connections and forming rapport, I do not want to lose this. This will also allow me to branch off and keep developing my world around just the newborn age.
